Selling your business should be exciting!
Instead, with most buyers, it’s a grind. Months of back-and-forth, endless paperwork, and mounting legal fees... only to watch the deal fall apart.

We buy great businesses quickly, fairly, and with respect for the legacy you’ve worked so hard to create.

The Mission? Simple

Focused on acquiring strong businesses in a variety of sectors, across Canada and the USA. The goal is simple: create fair deals and help companies continue to thrive long after the sale.

The Process? Quick

When we decide your business is the right fit, you get our full attention, no competing priorities, no red tape. We’re not a sprawling firm juggling dozens of deals. That means we move quickly, stay available, and eliminate unnecessary delays.

We do good business

We believe a good deal is one where everyone benefits. When we buy a business, we’re not looking for ways to cut corners or squeeze every last dime at your expense. Our goal is to preserve what you’ve built, strengthen it, and position it for long-term success. We win by building your legacy, not tearing it down.

What We Buy

Great companies belong in great hands.

History

We look for businesses with a proven track record at least 3 years of operations. That history tells us the business can weather ups and downs.

Ethical

We look for businesses that play it straight. No hidden risks, no gray areas, no shady dealings. If it’s honest, above board, and built the right way, that’s where we want to put our name.

Founder

Adam Bilal

I grew up in Ontario, Canada, and have been building businesses for as long as I can remember. My start in business came with a tutoring company I opened as a student, which is still running today. After earning my degree in Finance, I spent time in the tech world before jumping back into entrepreneurship full-time.

Since then, I’ve founded and grown a property management company that works with apartment complexes across the U.S. and Canada, generating over $10 million in revenue. Along the way, I’ve also spent time in landscaping, real estate, and other hands-on industries, giving me a grounded understanding of what it takes to run and grow a business.
